River Ridge Brewing in Bellevue Iowa<br />
Beer in the Barn Brewery in St. Donatus, IA<br />
Dimensional Brewing Company in Dubuque, IA<br />
Rumor has it the journey will end in a bottle share at a local Cedar Rapids Residence (this part is still in progress).</p>

<p>Adventures in Homebrewing has a setup on sale, but it&#8217;s no good if you can&#8217;t refill the tank!<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m a little rusty, but I finally brewed up a 10 gallon batch of Cream Ale yesterday.  Pressure fermenting with German Ale yeast.  The last time I did that, the beer was smooth and clean like a lager.</p>
<p>Now we wait&#8230;and while I am waiting, I&#8217;ll get all of my kegs cleaned and the keezer up and running.</p>
