The 17th Annual Independence BrewBQ is on August 26th. The Craft Brew Zone operates from 3:00 to 7:00 pm, and they will provide tables, ice, and buckets to keep the beer cold. I asked if we could serve from the usual shelter location, and the event coordinator, Nick Delagardelle, agreed to give it to us. CRBS has been a long-time participant at BrewBQ, and I know we’ll have a few members participating.
I’ll be bringing up the jockey box, which has 7 taps. Please make sure you sign up your drinks on the app by Monday, so that I can send the list to Nick. https://app.cedarrapidsbrewingsociety.org/
Nick also requested a VIP beer that will only be poured from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. We can figure out which one we want to be after we get the full list.
