    I’m a little rusty, but I finally brewed up a 10 gallon batch of Cream Ale yesterday. Pressure fermenting with German Ale yeast. The last time I did that, the beer was smooth and clean like a lager.

    Now we wait…and while I am waiting, I’ll get all of my kegs cleaned and the keezer up and running.
